MBBO had just finished the drains at Beechford, on Tasmania's north coast. Getting the land to market was part of their commitment to the council, so the clock had already started. What they had was eighteen coastal blocks, a basic design, and nothing to sell them with.
We sat down with the developers and worked through what someone buying land actually wants to know. Those questions became the content strategy, and the strategy became a single page. I redesigned the brand, shot the stills and the drone footage and cut the B-roll, all in one weekend, because a sunny day with no wind on that coast is not something you can book. The centrepiece is a 3D lot map: click a block and you get its size, its price and where it sits relative to the water. MBBO mark a lot under offer or sold in two clicks.
Two lots sold in the first week and dozens of calls came in. We added metal signs with QR codes on the property, so anyone driving past could open shorelineestate.com.au standing on the land. Stages 2 and 3 go out together next year, and they have asked me back for both.
